Recent retouch with some colour grading and dodge and burn.  I previously relied on portrait professional, but these are exclusively with dodge and burn using 2 curve layers.

Catchlights show the lighting setup, umbrellas set up on camera right and left with the light on camera right being about 1 stop brighter.
