“Anyone who ever gave you confidence, you owe them a lot” – Breakfast at Tiffany’s – Truman Capote.
Photoshoot with an amazing young dancer Shakeil Rollock. There were a multiple setups used for this shoot but the natural light shots were my favourite. This was an early evening shoot (about 7:pm) and the studio had 2 large windows to let in the light. A smoke machine added some haze to the room and accentuated the rays of light through the window.
Next shots were all with Studio strobes. 2 strip lights were set up for rim lighting. The shape of the rim was crafted by moving Shakeil closer or further from the lights.
Similar set up to above with 2 rim lights. But ad additional light was added to the front.
